LJA Land Development in Dallas invites you to join our employee‑owned team as a Graduate Engineer. You will use AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam and other design tools to support feasibility studies, cost opinions, and construction plans for public and private clients.

This entry level position emphasizes hands‑on learning, collaboration with experienced engineers, and opportunities for professional development as you gain FE design experience and prepare for licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from ABET-accredited university (Civil Engineering preferred).
• FE Exam completion or in progress is beneficial.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam and water resources software.

Responsibilities

• Assist design calculations and prepare equipment/material specifications.
• Generate technical drawings and exhibits for design projects.
• Support feasibility studies, cost estimates, and bid packages.
• Collaborate with engineers and support staff in a fast-paced project environment.
