You will work closely with senior engineers on public and private projects and gain hands‑on experience across a broad client base. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and professional growth within an employee‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from ABET accredited university (Civil Engineering Preferred).
• FE Exam passed or pursuing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts to perform design calculations and generate technical drawings and exhibits.
• Expand engineering toolbox with advanced techniques and industry concepts.
• Investigate site conditions, jurisdictional criteria, and constraints to inform design iterations.
• Provide information or exhibits to inform client and internal leaders in decision making.
