Job summary

Halff is seeking a Graduate Engineer I, Structural for Fort Worth or Houston, TX. Open to new graduates December 2026 or May 2027 with 0–2 years of structural experience, focusing on building and bridge design.

You will design buildings, hydraulics, retaining walls, and bridges, review submittals, and support senior staff while engaging with clients and in-house teams. CAD support and training in Microstation/Revit/AutoCAD are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Civil or Architectural engineering with a Structural emphasis.
• Have a current Texas EIT license or the ability to obtain within 2 years of employment.
• Passed FE exam or can within 6 months of starting position.
• Up to 2 years of experience on Structural projects is a plus.
• Microstation, Revit or AutoCAD training is a plus.

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Engineer I, Structural in either our Fort Worth or Houston, TX locations. This position is for a new graduate or individual with 0 to 2 year of experience in Structural Engineering interested in working on building and bridge design projects.
