Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking new graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Structural Engineer role in Houston, TX. This position is for a new graduate interested in building and bridge design projects, offering strong career development and potential ownership in the firm.

You will design parts of projects, review submittals, work under senior staff, interact with clients and internal engineers and architects, and provide CAD assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis - required.
  • Passed FE exam or can within 6 months of starting position.
  • Up to 2 years of experience on Structural projects is a plus.
  • MicroStation, OpenRoads, Revit or Civil 3D training is a plus.

  • Design part or all of projects such as buildings, hydraulic structures, retaining walls, and vehicular bridges.

Job description

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Structural Engineer in our Houston, TX, location. This position is for a new graduate interested in working on building and bridge design projects.
