Qualifications

• One year of progressively responsible clerical, secretarial and/or administrative support is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide graduate student support by processing student record requests and generating reports for the Dean of Graduate School.
• Coordinate administrative duties such as HR processes, recruitment coordination, report/presentation preparation, or complex project/event coordination.
• Assist with scheduling classrooms and coordinating special events; supervise student workers in the Graduate School.
