Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Franklin, TN is launching a two-year Graduate Development Program. As a Project Management Analyst, you’ll support construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion, helping control scope, schedule, cost and quality.

The program offers exposure to core services across real estate, infrastructure and cost management, with development in competencies and opportunities to become a professional consultant after graduation.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Masters Degree.
• Preferred Degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes throughout construction.
• Assist with preparation of proposals for new or existing projects.
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained; build client and team relationships.
• Interface with stakeholders including executives, team members, consultants and vendors.
• Attend meetings, update issues/logs, transcribe minutes and drive items to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and support status meetings and close-out activities.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and formal project management dashboards.
