The Academic Assistant position at OSU-Center for Health Sciences will be the primary administrative support for the graduate colleges, assisting faculty, staff and students with curricular tasks and other duties as assigned by the Director of Educational Development and the Associate Dean for Curriculum.

This role requires strong MS Office proficiency, confidentiality, multitasking, and the ability to quickly learn ExamN, eMedley, SurveyMonkey, and Sign-Up Genius.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; degree must be conferred on or before start date.
• 6 months relevant experience.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver's License.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
