Job summary

The Academic Assistant position is housed within the Office of Educational Development at OSU-Center for Health Sciences, Cherokee Nation Campus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. It provides primary academic support for the COM and assists faculty, staff, and students with curricular and administrative tasks.

The role requires an Associates or equivalent experience with at least 6 months of relevant work; preferred is a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Associates/Vocational Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrates comfort in a PC environment with MS Office and multimedia tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty, staff, and students with curricular support tasks.
• Provide administrative support as assigned by the Education Development leadership.
• Support the COM at Cherokee Nation campus with instructional design tasks.
