Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Graduate Civil Engineer for our Little Rock, AR office. The role involves pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design, and construction within the Water & Wastewater Utilities team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; December 2025 and May 2026 grads encouraged to apply.
0–3 years of experience in Water & Wastewater utility projects and water/wastewater treatment design.
Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred; Civil 3D/ArcGIS/WaterCAD/SewerCAD/InfoWater helpful.

Responsibilities

Design civil engineering projects under supervision of a Professional Engineer.
Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction.
Assist in preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Water & Wastewater projects.
Perform drafting CAD work.
Perform calculations and analysis for design projects.
Assist in preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents.
Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and contractors.
Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.
