The position emphasizes learning, development within a structured program, and a supportive team environment to build professional skills on-site and in the office.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Zero to two years of relevant work experience or internships.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in preparing detailed drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Assist with site investigations, data collection, and preliminary analysis under supervision.
• Help prepare technical reports, memos, and project documentation.
• Learn and apply relevant engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and site inspections as required.
• Contribute to the overall success of project teams through diligent work and proactive learning.
