Job summary

LJA Land Development is seeking a Graduate Engineer to support feasibility studies, cost estimates, and development projects using AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, and Office tools.

You'll collaborate with engineers, review site conditions, and prepare exhibits and bid packages for public and private clients. A BS in Civil Engineering (ABET) and FE exam progress are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from ABET accredited university (Civil Engineering preferred).
• FE exam progression or passing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts, peers, and support roles to perform design calculations and generate technical drawings.
• Assist with feasibility studies, opinions of probable cost, exhibits, and bid packages.
• Support development tasks for public and private clients using design software and MS Office.
