LJA, an employee-owned firm, is seeking a Graduate Engineer in Land Development to support design, production, and project administration using AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, and other tools. You will contribute to feasibilities, cost opinions, studies, exhibits, and bid packages for a diverse client base.

The role offers exposure to public and private projects, hands-on learning, and collaboration with experienced leaders. FE exam progress and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree from ABET accredited university (Civil Engineering Preferred).
• FE Exam desired or Passed FE Exam as a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Water Resources Software (HEC-RAS & HEC-HMS).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with engineers to perform design calculations and generate technical drawings and exhibits.
• Expand your engineering toolbox with advanced techniques, theory, and industry concepts.
• Investigate site conditions and constraints to inform design iterations and directions.
• Coordinate with peers and mentors to identify growth opportunities and deliverables.
• Support production of feasibility studies, cost opinions, and bid packages for clients.
