Job summary

OHM Advisors in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team. You’ll support planning and design efforts, perform analyses, and help deliver creative, people-focused solutions for our clients.

You will work alongside senior staff, use CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation, and contribute to design reviews. A BS in Civil Engineering and internship/co-op experience are preferred, and EIT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation or Revit.
• EIT certification preferred; internship/co-op in civil engineering is highly valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses for tasks.
• Assist in preparing plans, specs, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Use CAD software to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate tasks to meet project timelines; collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
