Job summary

• Previous work experience

Responsibilities

• Greet students and guests at the door and manage front desk interactions
• Respond to students, alumni, and employer questions and concerns
• Triage inquiries and route to appropriate staff
• Schedule appointments
• Assist in promotion and marketing of career-related events (social media, flyers, information tables)
• Deliver career-related presentations to student groups and organizations
• Review resumes and letters and assist with registrations and document uploads
