Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Coursework, internships, or projects in web development, Unix/Linux, distributed systems, networking, or building software systems.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Genuine interest in IT Operations concepts (DICM/ITOM/ITSM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build platforms, systems and services for internal and external teams to interact with large-scale production systems.
• Develop tools to improve engineering productivity.
