Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/SE/EE or related discipline.
• Proficient in at least one backend language (Go/Java/Python/C++).
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Understanding of distributed systems, databases, message queues, and CI/CD.
• Able to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to R&D infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain cloud IDE, AI tooling, and code management systems.
• Research distributed systems, cloud-native technologies and large models.
• Maintain and optimize internal R&D platforms for reliability and performance.
