Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to a graduate degree program.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) credit hours fall, nine (9) spring, or three (3) summer, or fulfill degree plan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telecounseling outreach to former undergraduates seeking readmission.
• Assist with admissions, enrollment, and financial aid processes.
• Coordinate and train student staff who provide outreach services.
• Represent the university in outreach and support activities.
