Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Two (2) years of experience in K-12 or Higher Education performing duties related to college readiness, outreach, and student support.
• Experience in program evaluation, partnership development, and objectives-based programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and support to students and families on college planning, admissions, financial aid, and college selection.
• Coordinate the student recruitment process by interviewing, evaluating, and selecting eligible participants.
• Monitor and assess student academic progress in collaboration with school personnel.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate enrichment opportunities (summer programs, college visits, workshops, field trips).
• Coordinate tutoring/mentoring services to increase academic achievement and transition to post-secondary education.
• Collect and maintain participant and program data for reporting.
• Conduct student and parent workshops on college readiness topics.
• Hire, train and supervise tutors/mentors as assigned.
