The University of Washington’s Foster School of Business seeks a Recruiting and Admissions Manager for the MS ENTRE program. You will lead recruitment, advising, and enrollment, collaborating with the SM Portfolio, Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship, and Foster School staff to attract and support prospective students.

This role requires excellent communication, program coordination, and CRM experience to manage applications, interviews, and waitlist updates while aligning with university policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years in admissions, advising, marketing or related admin work in education or professional setting.
• Experience in graduate admissions or enrollment management preferred.
• CRM systems familiarity (Salesforce or Slate) and event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for MS ENTRE and other SM programs; develop, execute, and manage outreach and engagement strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective students; provide advising through enrollment.
• Counsel candidates on program fit, requirements, prerequisites, curriculum, financial aid, and applications.
• Design lead generation and nurturing activities, including emails, social media, and website content coordination.
• Develop and deliver information sessions, workshops, and events to engage applicants and support conversion.
• Represent programs at fairs and events; coordinate alumni and student ambassador involvement.
• Manage CRM for leads, follow-ups, and recruitment workflows; ensure timely communications.
• Respond to inquiries regarding admissions, tuition, and enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, alumni relations, and UW staff to expand outreach.
• Oversee admissions review process, deadlines, and communications with committees.
• Coordinate online interviews and track candidates through evaluation and decision stages.
