• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills for diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on non-teaching graduate programs within the College of Education.
• Hold weekly advising meetings for prospective graduate students.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone; support front desk responses.
• Plan and host information sessions for non-teaching programs.
• Attend education fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain events pages and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on outreach and pathways for graduate education.
• Coordinate outreach strategies to broaden access to qualified applicants.
