Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in admissions, advising, recruitment, or enrollment management in higher education.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Experience working with international applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support graduate enrollment goals through recruitment, admissions, communication, and enrollment strategies.
• Manage prospective student engagement from inquiry through enrollment.
• Assist with application review and admissions decisions.
• Represent the Graduate School at recruitment events.
• Advise prospective and admitted students throughout the admission process.
• Analyze enrollment data and support reporting activities.
• Provide guidance for international applicants related to visas and I-20 documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus partners on enrollment initiatives.
• Assist with enrollment planning and operational initiatives.
• Support communications efforts related to graduate admission.
• Contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Supervise graduate assistants.
• Assist with orientations and commencement activities.
