• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office and supervise staff.
• Design and manage admissions processes, quality controls, and reporting.
• Develop recurring reports and analyze enrollment trends to improve yields.
• Support data-informed recruitment and marketing plans and operational enhancements.
• Manage technology and systems including CRM and online applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on digital marketing and recruitment events.
• Counsel applicants regarding degree offerings and enrollment requirements.
