Qualifications

• Must be an AU graduate student and does not qualify for visa sponsorship or OPT.
• Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• File Maintenance: Create application files, track completion requirements, communicate application status to students, approve submitted materials, and close files as necessary.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate records for individual applicants; track applicant status in Salesforce and LSAC.
• General Clerical: Answer main telephone line; direct calls and walk-ins; maintain admissions inbox and respond to questions.
• Social Media: Manage LL.M. admissions Instagram; publish videos/posts; support marketing strategy.
• Other duties as assigned; can suggest additional projects.
