Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the general ledger
• Help assist the month and year-end close processes
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, within given deadlines
• Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process
• Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures
• Collaborate with accounting and operation teams to meet company objectives
• Assist the financial controller as needed
• Verify accounts payable and receivable postings
• Communicate financial information to business leaders

Key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:
