Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC in McKinney, TX is seeking a Construction Laborer to support excavation and site prep, operate basic equipment, and help keep sites clean and safe.

Responsibilities include grading, staking, and following safety protocols; able to travel and bring own transportation; 5am–6pm schedule Monday through Saturday; no advanced experience required beyond a year in construction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within the construction industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually high.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that construction projects are graded correctly, and that heavy equipment operators dig and fill to the correct depth .
• Perform basic lath and pin staking.
• Perform any other duties related to the job site
• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.
