Hutch Paving in Warren, MI is seeking a hardworking Prep Laborer to join our excavation and dirt crew. This role focuses on site preparation, assisting operators, and performing general labor to keep projects safe and efficient.

Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor physical work, are dependable, and work well in a team. Experience in construction is a plus, with a commitment to safety and reliability on site.

Competenze

• Experience in construction, excavation, or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions.
• Skid steer operating experience is a plus.
