Qualifications

• Experience in construction, excavation, or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow directions.
• Skid steer operating experience is a plus.
