Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment required.
• Experience in utility construction preferred.
• Ability to read site plans and understand grade/level requirements.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred).
• Ability to work in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, backhoes, loaders, and trenchers.
• Perform trenching, digging, grading, and backfilling for utility installations.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and follow all safety protocols.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
