Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking laborers to support construction projects and excavations. You will operate a variety of equipment, prepare sites, dig trenches, and help with shoring and cleanup.

Requirements include 1+ year in construction, a HS diploma or GED, basic English, the ability to follow directions, and the physical stamina to handle demanding tasks. You must be available 5am–6pm, Mon–Sat, and willing to travel with your own transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job including walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Available for work 5am–6pm Monday through Saturday.
• Exposure to machines and chemicals; high noise level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure construction projects are graded correctly; heavy equipment is dug and filled to correct depth.
• Perform basic lath and pin staking.
• Perform any other duties related to the job site.
• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel and supply own transportation.

Job description

Laborers work on construction projects, and excavations. They may operate a variety of equipment including earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment. They clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, place shoring to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that construction projects are graded correctly, and that heavy equipment operators dig and fill to the correct depth .
• Perform basic lath and pin staking.
• Perform any other duties related to the job site
• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.
