RPM xConstruction LLC in McKinney, TX seeks a Heavy Hauler with 5+ years of experience to load/unload excavation equipment, deliver to job sites, and perform daily inspections.

You will plan routes, maintain logs, meet DOT standards, and cooperate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to ensure on-time performance.

The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, safety adherence, and availability Monday–Saturday, 5am–6pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a heavy hauler.
• Experience operating a minimum of five different heavy excavation machines.
• Basic understanding of English to read and follow instructions.
• Meets DOT standards and requirements.
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload excavation equipment onto the trailer safely.
• Deliver loads to job sites as directed by Dispatcher with planned routes.
• Inspect and maintain haul truck and trailer; report issues the same day.
• Operate heavy machinery as instructed by Supervisor on site.
• Maintain daily log sheets; use paper logbook as backup when needed.
• Adhere to OSHA, MSHA, and DOT safety guidelines at all times.
