Williams Civil Construction in Missoula, Montana, seeks an experienced Grading/Pipe Foreman to lead field crews on civil projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating equipment, schedules, and materials on site.

Ideal candidates bring heavy civil construction experience, crew leadership, blueprint reading, and ability to interpret grades with lasers. CDL preferred, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil construction with equipment operation (excavators, loaders, dozers, backhoes).
• Foreman or crew lead on utility or grading projects with proven production and crew management.
• Ability to read blueprints, set grade with lasers/levels, estimate material needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, safety-focused supervision in fast-paced field environments.
• CDL preferred (or willing to obtain) and capable of light equipment repairs.
