Job summary

Williams Plumbing / Williams Civil Construction is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our field crews in Montana. This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding the crew, solving problems, and coordinating work to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

You will read plans, manage materials, and work alongside journeymen to install and troubleshoot plumbing systems while coordinating with managers and other trades.

Qualifications

• Montana Journeyman Plumber license required.
• Strong plumbing experience and knowledge of the trade.
• Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot problems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Lead a plumbing crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently.
• Read plans, coordinate materials and manpower, and make sure work is done right.
• Work hands-on with your crew to install and troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades.
• Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality.
• Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation.
