Job summary

Parisi (a Walbec Company) is seeking a Grading Foreman to support efficient personnel scheduling, crew management, and overseeing grading equipment needs in line with project plans.

You will drive continuous quality improvement, be able to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and endure variable weather on commercial and industrial sites throughout the Midwest, while upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record; CDL required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and be self-directed.
• Union membership or willingness to join; HR can assist.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, crew management, and equipment needs.
• Oversee grading equipment and repairs.
• Support continuous quality improvement.
• Work varied hours including nights and weekends.
