Job summary

Parisi, a Walbec Group company, is seeking a Grading Foreman to lead field grading operations, schedule crews, and ensure grades align with plan. You will manage grading equipment needs, oversee repairs, and uphold safety, ethics, and quality on projects across Southern Wisconsin. Candidates should have at least five years of field grading experience and a CDL.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret plans/specifications to establish grades per plan.
• Must be punctual, dependable with strong ethical standards.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, weekends.
