Qualifications

• Reader of plans and specifications to establish grades per plan.
• CDL required and valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years field experience in grading operations.
• Prior experience as a foreman preferred.
• Willingness to work variable hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work in varied weather and dusty environments.
• Union membership required or willingness to join.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and crew management to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee grading equipment needs and repairs.
• Support continuous quality improvement in field operations.
