Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company is seeking a General Foreman to join our Richmond, VA area operations. You will supervise crews, read plans, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to meet cost, schedule, and production goals.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, ability to communicate with site staff and inspectors, and commitment to our safety culture and company policies. Base pay is hourly with potential variation by location and experience.
