• Prepare for classes and provide written evidence of preparation as required by contract.
• Employ varied instructional techniques and media to meet diverse needs.
• Implement district educational philosophy and performance expectations.
• Assess student learning regularly and report progress to parents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records as required by policy and laws.
• Diagnose learning challenges and seek district specialist support when needed.
• Ensure safety of students and school property; follow conduct policies.
• Plan and supervise paraprofessional work and provide evaluations as required.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and participate in district evaluation processes.
• Attend meetings and school activities to support collaboration and decision making.
• Contribute to district and building decisions on budget, curriculum, and facilities.
