Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with appropriate content area license preferred and/or expected within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Meets and instructs assigned classes as scheduled.
• Plans a program of study meeting the needs, interests and abilities of students.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students' maturity and interests.
• Communicates clear objectives and assesses student progress; keeps parents informed as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and follows district policies and regulations.
• Participates in ongoing professional growth and the district’s evaluation processes.
