Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect district curriculum requirements and provide accommodations for individual differences.
• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials aligned with student needs and TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning and use results to plan instructional activities.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Plan and assign work to instructional aides and volunteers, and supervise completion.
• Establish professional relationships and open communication with parents, students, colleagues, and community members.
