Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the district curriculum and accommodations for individual student differences.
• Plan and use instructional strategies, materials, and technology that reflect diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess student learning using formal and informal methods and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed per IEPs.
• Coordinate with campus staff to set goals, objectives, and instructional methods in line with district requirements.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
