As a Senior Vendor Manager, you will own vendor performance across GPU hyperscalers and neocloud providers, build strategic relationships, and align capacity to demand while governing contracts and reporting. You'll run regular business reviews with vendor partners, discuss performance, credits, capacity,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, cloud partnerships, strategic sourcing, or infrastructure procurement in AI, GPU, cloud, or hyperscale infra.
• Direct experience with neocloud, hyperscalers, or GPU infrastructure providers owning commercial relationships and vendor performance.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail for contract records, invoices, credits, and vendor docs.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance across GPU hyperscalers and neocloud providers by defining SLAs, escalations, remedies, and credits.
• Build strategic relationships with Tier 1 infrastructure partners through regular reviews and executive engagement.
• Align capacity to demand by partnering with Capacity Planning to secure GPU capacity and forecast growth.
• Own vendor governance including contract compliance, invoice reconciliation, renewals, and reporting.
• Run regular business reviews with vendor partners to discuss performance, credits, capacity, and issues.
