fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access teams need to move from idea to production at scale.

You will own post-signature relationships with GPU providers and other strategic compute vendors, translating commitments into measurable SLAs and operating requirements. This hands-on role spans vendor governance, performance reporting, and renewal readiness, with a focus on reliability and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure vendor management or related field.
• Experience managing commercial relationships with hyperscalers, neoclouds, GPU providers, or data-center operators.
• Experience operationalizing complex infrastructure agreements with capacity commitments, SLAs, service credits, renewals.
• Track record of resolving vendor-performance issues and holding partners accountable without harming relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own post-signature relationships with GPU infrastructure providers and other strategic compute vendors.
• Translate contractual commitments into measurable SLAs, scorecards, escalation procedures, and internal requirements.
• Track availability, provisioning timelines, capacity delivery, support responsiveness, and other vendor-performance metrics.
• Lead escalations when vendors miss commitments, coordinating with Infrastructure, Capacity Planning, Finance, Legal, and executives.
• Run vendor governance including operating reviews, executive reviews, and renewal readiness.
• Reconcile invoices against contracted pricing, delivered capacity, usage, and credits.
• Maintain records of commitments, renewals, open claims, and invoices.
