Cirrascale Cloud Services seeks a Level 2 Data Center Technician to support server, storage, and networking infrastructure in our data centers. You will diagnose complex hardware issues, assist with Linux OS tasks, and perform remote hands activities in a fast-paced production environment.

You will also manage asset records, perform hardware replacements, and contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects while partnering with on-site teams and remote engineers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center, server, IT infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting server hardware and enterprise infra.
• Understanding TCP/IP, VLANs, Ethernet tech.
• Experience in Linux environments.
• Familiarity with RAID configurations and virtualization.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Install, rack, stack, and cable servers, storage, network gear.
• Troubleshoot hardware components and perform diagnostics.
• Firmware upgrades and hardware diagnostics tasks.
• Hardware decommissioning with data wipe validation.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity; verify VLANs and ports.
• Assist OS installations, imaging, and basic config (Linux).
• Remote hands activities and customer-facing support.
• Maintain asset records and manage shipping, RMA processes.
• Create/update runbooks and document procedures.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians; escalate to engineering as needed.
