The role requires 12+ years in portfolio leadership, exceptional stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive measurable outcomes through governance forums and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years leading enterprise portfolio management or transformation.
• Experience governing complex portfolios with prioritization and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of 80/20 methodology, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Able to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with financial acumen.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated leadership and talent development experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a multi-year portfolio roadmap with milestones.
• Apply 80/20 principles to optimize initiatives and redeploy resources.
• Design and lead governance for a large enterprise portfolio with risk management.
• Establish decision criteria and milestones for product/SKU governance.
• Define and track financial and operational benefits to ensure accountability.
• Lead portfolio reviews and governance forums to increase transparency.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams and manage interdependencies.
