SITECH Ohio, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a Technology Solutions Field Technician to service GPS and Laser positioning products across Northern Ohio. The role involves field and facility repairs, customer support, and maintaining DBS-based records.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, and good communication skills. The position includes benefit options and growth opportunities within a leading industry partner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year Technical Degree or a minimum of two years of experience in electronics, mechanical, or optical service repairs.
• GPS and laser positioning software/hardware experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform product repair and maintenance for GPS and Laser positioning products.
• Support our customers and manage all customer contact information within our software systems, mainly DBS (Dealer Business System).
• Install and fulfill service repair obligations promptly by managing service processes and adhering to written procedures.
• Provide technical support, training, and customer relations (both phone and in-person).
• Complete repairs are primarily in the field or at our facility.
