Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations.
• 3+ years of experience in federal procurement or subcontract management, including overseeing proposals, supplier selection and negotiations, and subcontract administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements.
• Negotiate favorable terms to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Review solicitations for risks and guide proposal strategies to support government programs.
• Advise program leadership on contract types, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with leaders to address contracting lifecycle issues and maintain cost-effectiveness.
