Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support a government client, handling subcontract agreements and direct procurement needs. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and leadership to ensure timely, compliant contracted deliverables across multiple contract types.

The role requires strong collaboration, risk assessment, and negotiation skills to optimize costs and performance while maintaining regulatory compliance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations.
• 3+ years of experience in federal procurement or subcontract management for U.S. government programs.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Review solicitations for risks and advise leadership on mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with Booz Allen suppliers across various contract types.
