Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support a portfolio of subcontract and direct procurement requirements. You will coordinate with program teams, manage contract lifecycles, and help ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leaders and vendors, and requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The position involves forecasting, NDA execution, and continuous improvement through data analytics and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics or operations.
• Experience in federal procurement or subcontract management for U.S. government programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience utilizing AI to solve real-world problems.
• Able to function independently as a self-starter.
• Able to collaborate with team, leadership, and stakeholders to deliver procurements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and leaders to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Facilitate execution of NDAs, Teaming Agreements, POs, Subcontracts and amendments.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Analyze portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Work with leadership to apply data analytics and forecasting tools to anticipate demand and industry shifts.
• Learn to manage a portfolio of procurement requirements and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues to ensure contract compliance.
• Use data insights to inform decision-making and drive procurement improvements.
• Break down complex problems into actionable components using structured analysis.
