Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Procurement & Global Supply Chain Analyst to support sourcing, purchasing, subcontract management, and supplier coordination. This role offers hands‑on experience in procurement processes in a dynamic program environment, with a U.S.

citizenship requirement. Responsibilities include generating purchase requisitions and orders, tracking supplier performance, and conducting market research to inform sourcing decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Teams.
• Experience working with spreadsheets such as in Microsoft Excel.
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering by Spring 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and issuing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and sourcing documentation.
• Support supplier communication, including follow‑up on lead times, order status, and delivery updates.
• Help maintain procurement records, data entry, and status tracking within internal systems.
• Conduct basic cost, pricing, or market research to support sourcing decisions.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier scorecards, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
• Support compliance with internal procurement policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards, including FAR or DFARS, if applicable.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings with contracts, finance, and program teams.
• Identify and recommend process‑improvement opportunities within the supply chain workflow.
