Job summary

Nokia Federal Solutions Inc. seeks a Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) to lead post-sales delivery for government customers.

You will guide end-to-end projects, manage HW/SW/services, and ensure contractual commitments are met with senior customer engagement. This role requires extensive telecom and wireless technology knowledge (LTE/5G) and the ability to coordinate with Nokia BG Delivery teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Project management experience in telecom, government, or equivalent.
• Fundamental to expert understanding of end-to-end wireless technology (LTE/5G) and network components (RAN, core, transport).
• Ability to manage many simultaneous small and high turnover projects.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, cross functional collaboration abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience managing—Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.
• Experience supporting government contracts or regulated environments are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Accountable for seamless Customer Delivery (including HW, SW and Services).
• Responsible for NFS contracted business financials (revenues, margins, costs and cash collection).
• Executive customer interface for NFS delivery and overall satisfaction.
• Delivery accountability in line with contractual commitments and handover.
• Accountable for project portfolio performance and services performance reviews.
• Align with Nokia BG Delivery Managers on governance and updates.
• Secure delivery resourcing and forecast with Nokia BG Delivery teams or third-party vendors.
• Provide performance feedback on commitments and escalations.
• Work independently or as part of a team and act as technical lead when dealing with customers.
• Perform other duties within scope as necessary.
