Job summary

@Gov, the government-services affiliate of Paradigm, Inc., seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives for state and local government clients from planning through delivery. This hands-on role requires coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executives to balance scope, schedules, and budgets.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, enforce governance, and ensure contractual and security requirements are met while guiding UAT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive technical project management or IT program management experience.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects on schedule and within budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives from definition through delivery and post-launch support.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and success criteria.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs.
• Maintain plans, reports, risks, issues, and change records.
• Coordinate UAT planning and stakeholder sign-off.
• Communicate updates to executives and government stakeholders.
